Procurement Category Planning Speadsheet
This spreadsheet is used to identify your organisation's contracting & procurement activity at a contract / scope of work level. The Procurement Category Plan shall contain the relevant exisiting contracts for each category, as well as the planned sourcing activties for the year to fulfil your organisation's needs or demands. Your C&P personnel, together with the relevant functional business managers shall collaborate to populate the information in this spreadsheet and record details of sourcing activities planned for the next rolling year where gross spend per annum is estimated as [insert value threshold, i.e. >$500K].
