Correspondence to Unsuccessful Tenderer(s) Template

The Sample Correspondence (unsuccessful tenderer(s)) is a 3 page document, with instructions on tailoring the document and a revision record. The document provides a template, which is recommended to be made available to your C&P function only as all communication with tenderers should only occur through C&P. The template is designed to be customised to your organisations needs. 

This Sample Correspondence is intended for use at the completion of a sourcing activity (i.e. invitation to tender or request for proposal) to inform the unsuccessful tenderer(s) that their submissions has not successful.  As a general rule, this correspondence to unsuccessful tenderer(s) should only be issued after the contract/agreement has been executed by the successful tenderer and Company Representative.
