This Contract and Procurement Framework (the Framework) sets out the overall operating model of the Contracts and Procurement department. The key elements of all areas of the structure are grouped under the following 4 themes:

Your organization needs to review the Framework and identify any elements contained within it which are not relevant to your particular C&P Department and update accordingly.
