This C&P Department Key Performance Indicators Definitions document (C&P KPI Definitions) defines the metrics by which performance within the department is measured and subsequently managed. Each KPI measures C&P performance across 8 key areas:
- Transactional Efficiency
- Risk and Performance Management
- Continuous Improvement
Your organization needs to select the KPIs which best identify metrics for measuring performance across these areas, in order to achieve and informed and rounded summary of C&P Department performance.
