Project Weekly Report

The Project Weekly Report template is an Excel template with two tabs. The purpose of this template is to provide a clear update on the progress of activities within a company. The report should be sent to company manager each week. The template provides instructions which help to tailor the template to a company’s needs. The first tab is ‘open actions’ which tracks tasks, target due dates, who the task is currently with, updates in progress and weekly update percentage. The second tab is ‘chart’ this tab reports on the four headings, Contracts and Procurement Rep, Rep, Contractor, other and then calculates the total. This data is displayed in a pie graph, which reports on outstanding actions and the responsible parties.

The purpose of this template is to provide a clear update on the progress of activities. This report should be sent to a company manager each week. The template is customisable for any organisation and can be tailored using the online Promitheia advisors or a company’s internal team.
